Mason Hogan

My name is Mason Hogan, I am the Director of Operations for Aluminum Cups with Ball Corporation. After 25+ years of leadership experience in food and beverage supply chain and manufacturing operations, I enjoy the challenges of my current role leading a “green field” plant start-up focused on innovation and sustainability as part of the Ball Aluminum Cups team.

I was born and raised in Clyde TX. I attended Texas A&M University in College Station. I commissioned into the United States Army as a 2nd Lieutenant and trained as a helicopter pilot at Fort Rucker, Alabama. Mason was assigned to the 6/6 Cav air cavalry regiment, deploying first to Germany and shortly thereafter to Iraq upon the outbreak of the First Persian Gulf War in 1991. I left active duty military service in 1992.

My wife Susan and I have three children: William (25) recently graduated from the University of Texas School of Law. Caroline (22) graduated from the University of California – San Diego and is a software engineer with Ball Aerospace in Dayton, Ohio. Paige (16) will be a junior in high school this fall and is the trumpet section leader in the marching band. Outside of work and family responsibilities, I am active in a variety of community service roles, including as a deacon and Sunday School teacher in his church and as a Scoutmaster for his son’s Boy Scout troop.
